Everything here has hung on the rail in Observatory. Stock turns over constantly and nothing repeats, so read this as the taste rather than the inventory — whatever is in right now lives on Instagram.

There is exactly
one of everything.

Preloved means the rail is the stock. No sizes out back, no reprints, no restock email. If it speaks to you it goes home with you that day — or it goes home with somebody else.

    Everything is picked by hand

    Sourced piece by piece rather than bought by the bale, so nothing filler-grade makes it onto the rail.

    Drops go up on Instagram first

    New stock is posted as it lands. Following is the only way to see a piece before it is gone.

    Claim it on WhatsApp

    Message to hold a piece, ask for measurements, or check what else came in with it. Drops still go up on Instagram first.

    Or come and dig

    The shop on Lower Main Road is the whole rail at once — and browsing in person always beats a grid.

The Story

Lola’s Street Thrifts started the way most good rails do — one person with a sharp eye, buying what she would actually wear and finding that other people wanted it too.

It has grown into a shop in Observatory and a stall at the markets, but the method never changed: pick every piece by hand, price it fairly, and let the clothes do the talking.
